Plant Fairs 2025 (some dates to be confirmed in the new year)
The Ceredigion and District Growers Association organise an annual diary of Spring/Summer Plant Fairs, mainly in Ceredigion with just one, currently, in Pembrokeshire. We are always open to suggestions for new venues, so do get in touch with suggestions.

Cae Hir Gardens Plant Fair
Cae Hir, Cribyn, Lampeter, Ceredigion, SA48 7NG
This wonderful plant fair covers two days over the early May Bank Holiday. Come and enjoy this fabulous five acre garden in the heart of Ceredigion - RHS Partner Garden, one of the Great Gardens of West Wales and runner up in Best Garden in Wales 2020 by Garden News magazine - this is the annual one off opportunity to visit the gardens for free! With a fabulous tearoom alongside the garden and plant fair it really is the perfect Bank Holiday day out.
May tbc @ 2pm - 6pm (1st of 2 fairs at Llanllyr - another in June - see below)
Llanllyr NGS Open Garden & Plant Fair
Llanllyr, Talsarn, Ceredigion, SA48 8QB
This large early C19 garden sits on the site of a medieval nunnery, and has been renovated and replanted since 1989. The large pool, bog garden, formal water garden, rose and shrub borders, gravel gardens, rose arbour, allegorical labyrinth and mount all exhibit fine plantsmanship, with year-round appeal using interesting and unusual plants. As this is a charity open day for the NGS there is a fee to visit the garden, but entry to the Plant Fair is free.
May 25 & 26 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Ceredigion Garden and Craft Festival
Alban Square Field, Aberaeron, Ceredigion, SA46
With over 70 stalls selling all things plant and garden alongside crafts, food and so much more, this is our flagship event of the year. Held for 2 days over the late May Bank holiday weekend in the picturesque town of Aberaeron on the Cardiganshire coast it's a reason to book a holiday if you live further afield, or to set aside a day of sun, sea and serious shopping if local!
